Primarily, the course is for those with a non-Nordic background (but depending on space, others can also participate), from the age of 16, who want to learn water habits, balance in the water and the first swimming strokes. For those who do not know how to swim.
The course is held in our therapy pool, where you can practice on both shallow and deeper water.
The course is 5 occasions (Wednesday) where each lesson is 60 minutes, starting April 23 and ending May 21. You should come all 5 times (unless you are sick).
The charge for this course is 35€
